Fring Gets A Nice Theme And Adds Support For More S60 3rd Ed Devices

These past couple of weeks have been pretty hectic for the fring’s headquarters.
The whole team has been working hard to shift a centre of gravity from simply aggregating and providing mobile internet communication tools, towards providing a platform for friends to enjoy rich and dynamic mobile experiences together, with tools such as voice and instant messaging being just one part of the story.
After recent announcement of the Last.fm music radio add-on and the cooperation with Samsung mobile, fring dev team announced and released an improved fring that takes advantage of all of the 5800’s great touch screen features, such as the ability to tilt the screen from portrait to landscape and use of the on-screen keyboard.
But that’s not all, fring team today extended client compatibility with the whole bunch of newly supported phones to the ever growing fring family! The devices are: Nokia N86, 5630, 5730, 6710, 6720 and the hottest addition to Eseries family, the Nokia E75.

Last but not the least, a nice green/orange theme that you may have noticed in my 5800 article is now available for download and you can get it right here if you like it.
